A weekend in San Francisco Bay

It’s now been three weeks since we moved to San Francisco. We fell in love with the city, even though it takes time to get to grip with the customs (… and the US administration). We’re living now  as if we were camping and take pleasure in discovering the city as tourists since the activities at home are rather limited … I will write soon a post on the city for sure but it requires a bit more time 🙂…

At the beginning of November, we spent five days in Barcelona where we enjoyed a very mild weather and a beautiful light that reminded us of late summer. The idea was not only to enjoy the city, but also to relax and adopt a slow way of living to then come back to Paris with a…

California by Cécile

This summer, our eldest daughter had the privilege to choose the destination of our family holiday trip as a kind of gift for her 18 years-old birthday. She said, “California.” Then, my husband took the tickets and I found myself with a big long 15 days’ trip to organise. In my mind, California was synonymous with palm trees, waves, surfers, breathtaking views … After  a month at the beach in France, I was a little afraid that this could be a bit repetitive ……
