Easy recipe #3 : Leeks and white mushrooms crumble
This is an easy, healthy and delicious recipe for you and your kids.
To make : 15 minutes
To cook : 30 minutes
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 70 g parmesan cheese
- 4 leaks
- 400 g white mushrooms
- 15 cl single cream
- Salt and pepper
Keep only the white part of the leaks. Chop the leaks (5cm lengh). Rinse them and boil them into salted water for 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash and slice the white mushrooms. Dry the leaks and stir them together with the cream and the mushrooms. Salt and pepper. Put the preparation into a gratin dish.
For the crumbs : mix together the flour, the butter and the parmesan cheese. Add some salt. Knead the dough, then make some crumbs upon the gratin dish. Cook for 30 minutes at 200 °C.
You can eat the crumble with a salad or white meat.
