Easy meal for holidays : burrata and warm peppers
This a very simple recipe inspired from our holidays in the South of Italy, where burrata (this creamy mozzarelle) is produced.
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Ingredients (serving 2) :
- 1 burrata
- 3 peppers : a red one, a yellow one and a green one
- 1 garlic clive
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A few basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Wash and remove the peppers pips. Then cut them in slivers. Slice the garlic clove and roast it into a pan with olive oil.
Add the peppers and let them roast for 15 minutes with a saucepan lid on top at low heat for 15 minutes. Then stop the burner and add the burrata. Let it rest for 5 minutes with the saucepan lid on top.

Aaaah, mais ce soir la burrata est pile poil sur notre table tandis que les cigales chantent encore… La prochaine fournée sera servie à ta façon car tous les ingrédients sont à portée de main !
