The months of May and June were full of great shooting opportunities and photo workshops … to my great pleasure! My new job as a stylist and photographer is developing very well , I love this new professional life full of lovely meets and beautiful projects. However, I would like to spend more time here … I hope that Summer and Autumn will give me this opportunity
On this warm day , I would like to share with you an easy popsicle recipe made from litchis and raspberries. Fast to make, easy, delicious … and very aesthetic :)!

Making time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 4 hours minimum
Ingredients for eight popsicles:
- A box of canned litchis (250 g net drained)
- About twenty fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- Popsicle molds (I found some simple ones on Amazon)
Mix the lychees with the syrup for 2-3 minutes to obtain a puree. Pour the mixture into the molds, then slip into each of them 3 fresh raspberry . Place the popsicle in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
