Friday cake #14 : summer smoothies
Today Friday cake is not a cake!!! … None the less, you can taste these smoothies with small cakes if you want… 😉 The three recipes I give here are totally home-inspired : so don’t hesitate to give me your feedback!
The recipe is quite simple : you just have to mix all the ingredients together! The only thing is that you need a good mixer (the best one is Vitamix as Gwyneth Paltrow preaches it)… but you can use, as I personally do, a simple soup blender.
Soft smoothie : banana – hazelnut
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml hazelnut milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon carob
Acidulous smoothie : strawberry-raspberry-kiwi-mint
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- Half a lemon juice
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 100 ml water
Spicy smoothie : peach- almond – cinnamon
- 2 peaches
- 200 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For each recipe, you can measure out the liquid as you like to make lighter or ticket smoothies. Same thing with sugar…
