Friday cake #29 : chocolate and chestnut pudding
Today, our Friday cake is festal : chocolate pudding with chestnut cream… I will make it for Christmas Eve : easy, fast and sooo delicious! Neither healthy nor light,… but scrumptious!!

Ingredients (servings 6) :
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 250 g chestnut cream
- 3 eggs
- 80 g plain flour
- 50 g brown sugar
- 150 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate (with a pinch of salt)
- 2 sugar-coated chestnuts
Preheat the oven at 170°C. Mix together sugar, eggs and chestnut cream. Then add the flour still beating. Melt the chocolate and the butter in the micro-waves (70 s. at 900 W). Stir well and add to the first preparation.
Bake the pudding in a round tin (20 cm diameter) for about 30 minutes at 170 °C.
When the pudding has cooled down, prepare the topping. Melt 100g dark chocolate with a pinch of salt and pour it on top of the pudding. Sprinkle some scrumbs of sugar-coated chestnuts! Delicious!
