/My own apple tartes recipe.
This Friday, I’d like to share with you a very easy recipe (I REALLY lack of time …), but very tasteful and a bit orignal 😉 . It’s perfect for tea time on Sunday afternoon…
- Preparation time : 5 minutes
Baking time : 25 minutes
Temps de cuisson : 25 minutes at 200°C
Ingredients (servings 6-8 ) :
- Flaky-pastry roll
- 3 Golden apples
- 20 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 25 g butter
Spread the flaky-pastry roll on a baking tray. Cut the apples into dices (without peeling them) and put them on the pastry. Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the butter into small parts and spread it on the apples. Then fold the pastry to the center on 4 cm to partly wrap the apples. Bake the pastry for around 25 minutes à 200°C till the apples are well caramelized.
This apple part is delicious when it’s warm, with some fromage blanc or heavy cream!
