I haven’t made any Friday Cake for more than one month! Much too long… But, this Friday, I spoil you with a scrumptious, VERY easy and impressing recipe! Perfect for a dinner with friends when you have no time for cooking, or even to impress your beloved or your children! … Big success at home  😉 …

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Refrigerating time : 1 hour (if you have time, but not compulsory)

Ingredients (Servings 6) : 

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 passion fruits
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar (optional)

Wash and cut the passion fruits in two. Keep the content (juice + seeds) in a bowl.

Make the cream. Melt the white chocolate in a micro waves (1 minute at 900 W). Then mix it with the mascarpone cheese. Beat the mixture till it’s light and fluffy.

FIll in the passion fruits with it (you can also use other kind of small recipients if you prefer) et store them in the fridge till serving.

At the last minute, add the juice + seeds (you can add a tablespoon of sugar if it’s too acid).

It’s ready! Enjoy!
