300 g Philadelphia cheese / 100 g icing sugar / 20 cl single cream/ fruit coulis / 5 glasses / 1 tiny spoon of vanillia extract or lemon zeste/ 15 speculoos cookies.
Mix together the cheese, icing sugar, cream and vanilla extrait. Crush the cookies and put the crumbs into the glasses. Then add the cream. Store in the fridge for 3 hours or more. Before serving, add the coulis. Enjoy!
