Gluten-free chocolate fondant by Marlette. Easy to do and very tasteful!!!
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
- Marlette baking mix : dark chocolate, blond cane sugar, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, sea salt from Ile de Ré.
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
The recipe is quite easy. Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Turn off the heat, then add the baking mix and stir until you have a smooth batter. Add eggs and whisk to combine. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Cool and taste it!
