Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to participate in an Advent Calendar workshop organised by Lisa Lou, aka @Mamieboude on Instagram, for Nature et Découvertes The idea was to create an original Advent calendar consisting of 24 small bags in which we could slip small gifts of our choice. The making of these small wraps is fast and the result very pretty. If you have already done your Advent calendar (given the date of publication of my article, it is possible;)), you can use the idea to beautifully and inexpensively wrap your Christmas gifts. If you choose to use recycled paper bags, it’s even better 🙂

The principle is very simple … You need paper bags, small paper labels to mark the numbers or the names of the person to whom the small gift is dedicated, tongs and dried flowers of your choice (eucalyptus , fir, immortal, …).

Garnish the bag with a small gift (there are some very nice and inexpensive ones at Nature et Découvertes), or with some homemade Christmas shortbreads (you can use Sweet Cabane Christmas shortbread recipe ). Cut the bag or roll it to the desired size. Using a pretty clip, hang a tag and a dried flower on the front of the bag. And that’s it! Really simple, fast and very pretty!
