This is nearly the end of Summer and the Rentrée is coming, as we call the beiginning of school in September. A hard time indeed for both parents and children! So let’s escape from monotony and stress thanks to this rich cultural family programme!

Osiris, swallowed up mysteries at the Arab World Institute (IMA)

Ancient Egypt mysteries are revealed at the Arab World Institute this Fall : more than 300 discoveries are displayed, result of 7 years of submarine excavations. amazing!

Above all, there are many workshops for kids around the exhibition ‘s theme, such as one showing  the Ouroboros game !

Sweetspot’s shop  

Now that swimwears are no more necessary, let’s go to Sweetspot’s, the perfect place to eat all kinds of sweet creams in Paris! You can taste them in a tea room or take them away. So delicious!

Charly and the Chocolate Factory in London

The most wonderful show this season is in London where Charlie and the Chocolate Factory makes its show. The most famous Roald Dahl’s book becomes a musical. No need to be English fluent : as everybody already knows the story, you can enjoy the show!

Snoopy’s fashion show at the Palais de Tokyo

The famous little dog will star in a film this year for the first time. To celebrate this, the Palais de Tokyo exhibits Snoopy’s and Belle’s new wardrobes, created by talented designers such as Isabel Marant, Chanel, Dries Van Noten, Opening Ceremony, Rodarte… and lots more! Sure that both parents and children will love it!

 RedBall in Marseille

American artist Kurt Perschke has created a stunning red ball going through several cities in the world. You can touch it, stroke it, push it, as you feel. A funny experience indeed!

The RedBall projects from September, 19th to September 26th, in Marseille.
1er jour : samedi 19 septembre au MuCEM, de 11h à 19h
All the other places where you can find this gigantic ball are indicated in the Travellings‘ programme.

Cooking with school : L’école à la casserole.

To finish this selection, a great and stunning book about school that gives 50 recipes helping to understand maths and grammar essentials,  while cooking!  A great moment for all the family members!
