Easy meal #2 : meat balls
Ingredients :
- 450 cooked or raw meat (beef, lamb, veal, chicken). Please note that you can mix together beef+veal / beef+ lamb;
- 1 egg yolk
- around 20 coriander leaves
- 1 garlic pod & 1 onion
- 60 g pine nuts
- olive oil
Mince the meat with the pine nuts, the garlic and the onion. Then add the egg yolk, the chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Mix together.
Make some small balls. Put them in a dish with some olive oil. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy them with bulgur wheat or spaghetti…
