Autumn Detox smoothie.
To celebrate the new ‘Healthy Food’ section, this is a smoothie recipe I love making during fall and winter to boost the organism, digest better and fight the cold! Iit’s made up of kale, celeriac, apple and coriander! Both sweet and delicious…
Ingredients (pour 2 glasses about 25 cl each) :
- 1 kale leave
- 2 celeriac branches
- 1 big apple
- a dozen of coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (only if you want to)
- 20 cl water (or more if you prefer a more liquid consistency)
- 4-5 ice cubes
For once, this recipe is very very short : Mix all the ingredients together in a blender (I love the Vitamix one) and drink this smoothie immediately!
